These terms apply to every quotation, order and sale by PWC Wristband ("PWC", "we"), 32 Khawaja Arcade, Wahdat Road, Lahore, Pakistan, and to the use of pwcwristband.com. By accepting a quotation or placing an order you agree to these terms. Anything agreed in writing on a specific quotation or invoice takes priority over these general terms.

1. Website

Information on this website is for general guidance. Product photos, colours and descriptions are examples; actual products may vary slightly. We do not show public prices or sell through online checkout: every order is based on a written quotation. You may not copy our content, photos or designs without permission, or misuse our forms (spam, false information).

2. Quotations

• All prices are quoted ex-factory Lahore in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless the quotation says otherwise.
• Taxes are extra: sales tax and any other applicable government taxes are added on the invoice at the rates in force on the invoice date.
• Delivery, courier, freight and installation charges are extra unless included in the quotation.
• A quotation is valid for 7 days from its date. After that, prices and availability must be confirmed again (raw material and exchange rates change).
• Prices depend on quantity, quality, size, colours and printing. A change in any of these may change the price.
• Every quotation and invoice we send is a protected PDF with a document number; you can check that it is genuine at pwcwristband.com/v/.

3. Order confirmation and artwork

• An order is confirmed when you accept the quotation in writing (email, WhatsApp or signed copy) and the advance payment is received.
• You are responsible for the content of the artwork, names, logos and data you send, including the right to use any trademark or logo. We are not responsible for spelling or data errors in artwork you approved.
• Production starts only after you approve the final artwork / proof. Changes after approval may add cost and time.

4. Payment

• Minimum 70% advance of the order value is required before production starts; the remaining 30% is due before dispatch. Goods are dispatched only after full payment, unless PWC has agreed otherwise in writing.
• Payments are made by bank transfer, cheque or other method agreed in writing, to PWC's official bank account only. Please confirm account details with us by phone before your first payment; we never change bank details by message alone.
• Goods remain PWC's property until paid in full.

5. Production and delivery

• Production time starts after both the 70% advance and the artwork approval are received. Delivery dates are our best estimate and may change due to material supply, power outages, holidays or other events outside our control; we will inform you promptly.
• Delivery is ex-factory Lahore unless agreed otherwise. If we arrange a courier or transport on your behalf, the risk passes to you when the goods are handed to the carrier.
• Quantities may vary by up to ±1% for printed and custom-made items; you are invoiced for the quantity delivered.

6. Checking goods and complaints

Please check the goods when you receive them and report any defect, shortage or damage within 24 hours of receiving them, with photos. Claims after 24 hours cannot be accepted. If the fault is ours we will repair, replace or credit the affected items. Custom-printed products cannot be returned for change of mind.

7. Cancellation

An order can be cancelled before production starts; costs already incurred (artwork, plates, materials bought for your order) may be deducted from the advance. After production has started the order cannot be cancelled.

8. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or event costs. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Pakistani law that cannot be limited.

9. Privacy

We use your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
